Q1.Are you a manufacturer?
A1: Yes, we are a experienced manufacturer with our own R&D, Production and in-house lab.

Q2.May I buy samples with you?
A2:Yes! You could place sample order to test our superior quality and services.

Q3.Could you produce according to samples?
A3: Yes, we can produce base on either customer provided sample or technical drawings. We also provide customers with OEM or ODM cable and connector design assistance.

Q4.How about price?
A4: Generally we offer step prices according to customer’s order size.

Q5.How to place an order?

Q6.What is your terms of payment?
A6: T/T 100% in advance for the first several orders and negotiable afterwards. We'll show customers the photos of the products and packaging before shipment.

Q7. What is the packaging ?
A7: Our standard packaging is carton with PE bags. Customized packaging demand is welcome as well.

Q8.How do you ship the products?
A8:It depends, we generally ship the goods by airway express, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, FEDEX or by the forwarder that customer appointed.
